Return & Refund Policy

Please review your personalization information before submitting your order. Check spelling, dates and names carefully. You are welcome to email us at info@steeltigerent.com if you have questions about personalization, before placing your order. Understandably, we are not able to accept cancellations or changes to orders once artwork is approved, as they immediately are sent into production. NOTE:  SteelTiger reserves the right to cancel your order at its discretion should the order be deemed inappropriate for language, content or material.

Returns/Exchanges

As items from our store are customized products and are free of material defect at the time of shipping, there is no return or exchange on any item(s). Please inspect your items upon delivery, if for some reason we have made an error in spelling, the logo and/or placement of anything please let us know within 5 days of receipt and we will remake it. After 5 days, no replacements will be given. You will need to mail us the incorrect item before we can mail out a replacement.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
