Where is your store located?

All of our products are available online only. Once a year we are also in Washington, DC during Police Week at either Tent City or the NLEOMF retail center where we offer on-site engraving.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes, bulk discount rates are available when you purchase 20 or more of an identical item. Buy 20 or more identical items and receive a 30% discount.

How do I care for my bracelet or dogtag?

Anodized Aluminum

  • When cleaning, never use polishes or clothes that contain abrasives. Abrasives can scratch and remove the colored oxide layer. Warm, soapy water is the best cleaning method (mild dishwashing detergent). If you plan on wearing your bracelet day in and day out, naturally, the oxide layer will fade over time.

Stainless Steel

  • One of the toughest metals around, Stainless Steel makes for extremely durable jewelry. Stainless doesn’t tarnish and isn’t easily scratched.
  • Steel reacts to temperature changes quickly. Take care when cooking over a stove, washing your hands with hot water, and using a hair dryer. Steel requires little maintenance, but if you’d like to clean your piece, follow instructions under General Care.

Sterling Silver

  • Silver tarnishes quickly when exposed to light and air. Remove tarnish regularly by using a silver jewelry polish and polishing cloth.
  • Wood surfaces, especially oak, usually contain acids that can mar the surface of sterling. It is best to keep your piece in an air-tight container.  It is also recommended to store silver away from direct sunlight.
  • Do not use a buffing wheel. This will take off the engraved layer.

General Care for all items

  • Keep jewelry away from household cleaners and chlorine.
  • When not wearing your jewelry, store each piece in its own airtight bag. Keep in a dark place. This reduces tarnish, keeps softer metals from being scratched, and preserves colored metals longer.
  • Always handle your jewelry gently.
  • Your jewelry can pick up dirt, oil, and even odors. To clean, soak jewelry in soapy water (use mild dishwashing soap) for several minutes. Then lather with soap and gently but briskly rub the jewelry between your palms. Rinse with warm water and let air dry, or use a blow dryer on lowest and coolest setting.
Does "characters" include spaces?

Yes, spaces do count as characters.

Are there any minimum order requirements?

No. There are no mimum order requirements.

Where do you ship your products?

We currently only ship within the US. Please contact us to see if we can accommodate shipping outside of our regularly allowed shipping zone.

Can you engrave a logo or other artwork?

Yes, we can engrave almost any artwork (except photographs). However, a custom artwork fee may be applied to this request. Please contact us directly and we can provide you with a proposal.

How is the engraving formatted?

Engraving will be centered horizontally and vertically, and the font size will be adjusted to the largest available font size to fill as much space as possible. All text is capitalized. If you have a custom request please enter your request in the notes comment box when completing your order. We can accommodate most special requests concerning engraving placement and format.

Can you engrave a different font that you don’t have listed?

All engraving will be done in the default font Arial.

Can you engrave more characters or more lines than listed?

We may be able to accommodate your request, but you will have to contact us in advance to ensure we can accommodate your request.

How do I enter engraving details for multiple orders of the same item with different engraving details.

The best way to add engraving details for multiple orders of the same item is to do it one by one by adding to the cart each order after adding engraving details.
